Job Introduction
FREQUENTIS Solutions & Services s.r.o., as a member of FREQUENTIS group, is focused on software development, engineering and delivery of safety critical communication and information systems. Our Bratislava-based company FREQUENTIS Solutions belongs to the Austrian group FREQUENTIS AG (www.frequentis.com), specialized in safety-critical voice communications, for example for air traffic control towers, public safety control rooms (112) or air defense forces. Our mission critical solutions cover diverse areas, such as telephony and radio communication, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), incident and resource management, video surveillance and automatic video analytics. 400 customers worldwide with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Follow defined processes and operating procedures for software quality assurance with the aim to ensure conformity with international standards and internal company processes.
  • Initiate and moderate reviews of various types of documents and other software artefacts.
  • Communicate with internal teams with the aim to clarify their inputs for quality checks and process them in understandable form within agreed formal outcomes.
  • Participate on regular status and stand-up team meetings, provide summary reports for quality assurance status.
  • Create and update quality-related process and descriptions of operating procedures, unify and improve procedures according to the requirements of international standards.
  • Participate on internal audits, general quality management-related tasks and support activities to secure ISO 9001 certification on company management level.
  • Realisation of quality-assuring activities according to the quality system
  • Create best practices information and lessons learned base according to gathered experiences.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all quality related activities within dedicated project or product management
Key Qualifications
  • Software development background or knowledge.
  • Internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 or Quality management training.
  • Experience with Attlasian JIRA and Jama software 

Languages: 
  • English language - proficient in spoken and written communication, German language is advantage
