Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are becoming increasingly important, and their use across various sectors continues to grow. To meet the new challenges posed by the rising UAV traffic efficiently, Frequentis continuously develops highly innovative solutions that support airports and air traffic control organizations in managing these challenges. Thanks to our extensive knowledge in air traffic control and emergency services, we also support customers in other sectors - such as emergency response organizations or railway operators - in the efficient and safe use of drones. Our market-leading solutions can be deployed both on-premises and in the cloud, depending on the specific requirements and preferences of our customers.
A successful drone operation includes systems for data communication, drone detection, and unmanned traffic management. Frequentis helps companies expand their technological capabilities to integrate drones safely and efficiently.
Key Tasks
- Take part of the daily work of the scrum team consisting of 3 software developers and 1 test automation engineer.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of the product.
- Write code according to the company processes and standards.
- Write unit and component tests.
- Review Code submitted by your team members.
- Support for the QA in testing and developing the automated system tests.
- Write documentation and software requirements.
- Verify that your code meets the requirements for safety-critical environments.
- Check the product for security issues.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience in Java Spring Boot Applications.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience in JavaScript.
- Experience with REST, messaging/AMQP, websockets.
- Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Passionate about clean, unit tested and maintainable code.
- Experience working in a microservices environment (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins).
- Basic knowledge of Linux and bash.
- Good English skills (both written and spoken).
- Experience with VueJs is a plus.
- Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Experience with OpenLayers or GIS systems is a plus.
- Experience with Keycloak is a plus.
