HR Intern – Talent Sourcing
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer Intern to support our team. In this role, you will help identify, engage, and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and build foundational skills in talent acquisition.
- Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Utilize LinkedIn, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other platforms to proactively reach out to candidates.
- Craft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates.
- Support talent pipelines by maintaining and updating candidate databases.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the human resource team with other initiatives, if needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or ATS tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
