Scrum Master - R10 FAA VoICE Program
- Facilitate all team-level Scrum and iteration events (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Act as a Team Coach, guiding the team in Agile and SAFe principles to foster selforganization, accountability, builtin quality, and highperformance behaviors.
- Enable smooth flow and realistic commitments through effective backlog refinement, story selection, estimation, and task breakdown aligned with iteration and PI objectives.
- Partner with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive alignment and flow across teams, proactively escalating and resolving crossteam issues, dependencies, and risks to deliver PI objectives.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that block team progress, coordinating resolution beyond team boundaries and ensuring timely escalation where needed.
- Support factbased decisionmaking by analyzing and visualizing metrics and key results (e.g., predictability, flow, quality), maintaining transparency and enabling datainformed improvements.
- Enable effective collaboration and communication between the team, Product Owner, Product Management, System Architect, and stakeholders across the ART; protect the team from disruptions to maintain focus and a sustainable pace.
- Support ART level ceremonies and continuous improvement, including PI Planning, synchronization events (e.g., Scrum of Scrums/ART Sync), and Inspect & Adapt, ensuring followthrough on actions and alignment to PI objectives.
- Solid experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of SAFe principles.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve impediments and support high performing, self organizing teams.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
- Ability to manage conflict, foster collaboration, and maintain team focus.
- Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and iterative planning processes.
- Demonstrated empathy and a strong solution‑oriented mindset.
