Job Introduction
The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team currently has 190+ colleagues and is growing.

Key Tasks
  • Software development based on requirements/stories agreed with the customer
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Analyze epics, stories and contribute to software design and architecture
  • Apply agreed software development processes
  • Very good English knowledge in writing and speaking
Key Qualifications
  • Experience with object-oriented Java programming (used together with Spring/Quarkus)
  • Experience with SOAP/REST, XML, JSON
  • Experience with relational/non-relational databases
  • Experience with JavaScript and React
  • Experience with development tools (e.g. JIRA, GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube)
Nice To Have
  • Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS/Azure/OpenShift
