The Strategic Business Unit Defence provides competitive solutions for secure Communications and Information Management for customers. 

The Regional Sales Unit for Central Europe focuses on the core markets of Frequentis, representing all portfolio elements for control room solutions in critical infrastructures. Understanding local practises and collaborating with all stakeholders in the relevant ecosystem is the base for our success in this region.
Key Tasks
  • Sales and order intake responsibility for FRQ Defence customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries in CEE (direct sales and partner management)
  • Coordination of all regional sales activities, i.e. secure and grow installed base and acquire new opportunities and projects
  • Point of contact in the CEE region for Air Traffic Management Defence business unit (e.g. capturing regional market trends, executing promotion plans)
  • Contribution to the sales strategy of the Regional Sales Unit Central Europe
  • Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales Unit Central Europe
Key Qualifications
  • University degree in communications engineering/ information technology and/or economics, business management 
  • Well-connected and experienced in the Defence environment and Defence Solution Sales
  • Strong self-motivation and executional focus in closing deals
  • 5-7 years sales experience in solution selling to government authorities with proven sales success, ideally in the area of communications 
  • Air Traffic Management Defence know-how and personal network in CEE region is a plus
  • Excellent language skills in English and one Eastern European language
  • Intercultural mind set paired with willingness to travel internationally

Annual Gross Salary
EUR 70000
Your individual salary is based on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive total package, an additional bonus package is possible, depending on your sales success history.
