Job Introduction

Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 25,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

As Senior Project Manager you ensure the overall successful performance and implementation of complex IT projects within the given schedule and budget specifications. The possible project portfolio consists of innovative remote tower solutions, like for Deutsche Flugsicherung or complex tower solutions for big airports like Schiphol in Amsterdam both based on state-of-the-art technologies. We work according to modern IT business solution processes mapped in an integrated tool landscape. A further development to program level is possible. Key Tasks

Overall responsibility for an international customer project in a safety-critical environment with intensive customer support
Planning, control and securing of project goals in terms of progress, deadlines, resources, costs and Quality
Translating customer requirements into goals and schedules
Management of the project team ensuring compliance with project standards and operational project infrastructure
Ongoing project controlling and reporting
Risk, claim and change management

Key Qualifications

Completed technical or economic education (FH or HTL)
At least 8 years of professional experience in complex IT projects (ideally with a great impact on the business processes of the customers or their organization)
Interest or talent to quickly familiarize yourself with new domains
Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of air traffic control
Experience in leading larger project teams
Business fluent German and English
Integrity, responsibility and empathy
