Job Introduction

Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

With our innovative communication solutions in the "Public Safety" area, we ensure that the processing of telephone and emergency calls to the police, rescue and fire services, as well as communication with the emergency services, is simple and reliable. When it comes to life and death, every second counts. In such situations, it is particularly important that rescue services have the optimal means to react appropriately and quickly. The equipment used must be stable, reliable and immediately available when needed. As a customer project manager, you bear the commercial and technical responsibility for the delivery of a complete Frequentis solution.

Key Tasks

Commercial and technical responsibility for large and complex international customer projects in safety-critical environments (blue light organizations) with very intensive customer service
Planning, controlling and securing the project goals with regard to progress, deadlines, resources, costs and quality
Control of the project team
Negotiating customer requirements and change requests with the customer in order to achieve the best possible project result
Compliance with project standards and ensuring a workable project infrastructure
ongoing project controlling and reporting
Risk, claim and change management
Ongoing coordination and control of relevant stakeholders (external and internal)

Key Qualifications

Completed technical or commercial studies with focus on IT and/or project management
at least 10 years of experience in the handling of larger (customer) projects in an international environment
ideally experience with IT/telecommunication projects
Leadership experience is an advantage
Knowledge and practical experience with common PMTools and methods
business fluent German and very good knowledge of English
