Service Manager for ATM accounts located in Singapore (f/m/d)
- Service management and project management for service accounts in Asia
- Supervising resources, budgets and tasks
- Internal and external reporting
- Ensuring rapid problem handling and resolution together with the service engineers
- Relationship management with customers, partners and subcontractors
- Delivery of change requests (change management)
- Identification of optimization potential
- Developing service strategies, life cycle management and services sales strategies
- Elaboration of technical solutions, documentation, and preparation of offers with Pre-Sales and Sales (change requests)
- Completed technical education in IT/telecommunications or similar experience
- A generalist in IT Know How
- At least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (f/m/d) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects
- Working experience with an international or overseas Headquarters is a plus
- Operational experience (managed services) is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), Chinese is an advantage
- Business experience in Asia (Thailand, Korea, Taiwan)
- Willingness to travel worldwide (10-30%)
