Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 35,000 control centre working position already trust our know-how and proven experience.

As Customer Services for the installed base business, we are the contact for all customers of all Frequentis business areas. With the objective of building long-term relationships with customers, we sell and negotiate our service and maintenance contracts. Through change requests, we succeed in adapting our customers' systems to changing customer requirements and technical environments. As Customer Service Manager you actively support our customers in Asia out of Singapore with strong support from the hearquarters. In this position you direclty report to the Managing Director of our local Frequentis company in Singapore.

Key Tasks

Service management and project management for service accounts in Asia
Supervising resources, budgets and tasks
Internal and external reporting
Ensuring rapid problem handling and resolution together with the service engineers
Relationship management with customers, partners and subcontractors
Delivery of change requests (change management)
Identification of optimization potential
Developing service strategies, life cycle management and services sales strategies
Elaboration of technical solutions, documentation, and preparation of offers with Pre-Sales and Sales (change requests)

Key Qualifications

Completed technical education in IT/telecommunications or similar experience
A generalist in IT Know How
At least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (f/m/d) or in project management of international service/IT/telecom projects
Working experience with an international or overseas Headquarters is a plus
Operational experience (managed services) is an advantage
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), Chinese is an advantage
Business experience in Asia (Thailand, Korea, Taiwan)
Willingness to travel worldwide (10-30%)
