Job Introduction
Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
• Acting as a central contact for existing customers for all aspects of the service contract 
• Management of international service projects 
• Ensure rapid problem analysis and resolution with Service Engineers 
• Ongoing optimization of service processes, derivation of improvement measures and subsequent success control 
• Further development of existing customer relationships 
• Negotiating, selling and handling change requests 
• Life Cycle Management: developing concepts for the migration of existing customer systems to more up-to-date Frequentis products
Key Qualifications
  • Completed technical education with IT focus 
  • Comprehensive commercial and technical knowledge of the service and maintenance business 
  • 3 - 5 years international project management experience in the service / IT / telecom environment 
  • Ideally ITIL Foundation certification 
  • Excellent command of English
