Customer Solution Manager (f/m/d)

Job Introduction
Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Collecting and understanding the requirements, needs and wishes stated in public tenders or directly from the customer 
  • Translating the findings into a customized solution based on Frequentis products, customization development and market-available hardware & software 
  • Creating a high level design including presentation to the customer 
  • Being responsible of the technical part of the bid; in terms of content and business (quantity, development, costs)
  • Participating and supporting the project team in the implementation of complex concepts
  • Involvement in the implementation phase of complex projects to support the project team
Key Qualifications
  • Technical education in the fields of network technology, information technology, telecommunications 
  • Approx. 4-5 years experience as Solution Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Analyst or Solution Architect 
  • Successfully completed projects in the area of IT solutions, network design, telecom architecture 
  • Motivation to develop complex technical solutions and present them to the customer 
  • Very good English skills; Readiness to travel up to 30 % per year
