Support Engineer | Air Traffic Management (MosaiX)
- Be the first point of contact for support request from products and projects
- Engage with developers and engineers that build on MosaiX and support them in implementing their use cases
- Engage in review of new features to ensure that the customer use cases are conveyed in all relevant aspects to the development team
- Actively follow-up with products and projects on the suggested/applied solutions
- Support trouble shooting of products and projects that use MosaiX
- Build/maintain FAQs and improve documentation based on feedback
- Facilitate a MosaiX system engineering (user) community
- Design and promote target group specific trainings and consulting sessions
- Foster contributions to the MosaiX platform to increase the Inner Source attitude
- Ability to understand a use case and transform it to a more general solution
- Profound knowledge of container and cloud native concepts
- Willingness and drive to draft and maintain comprehensive how-to documents, tutorials and trainings
- Talent to keep the focus, while being open for new ideas
- Excellent listener and rapid learner
- Experience in configuration management and deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible)
- Docker and its ecosystem
- Experience with network and application monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ Zabbix)
- Linux (RHEL) deployment and administration
- Networking experience
- Good English skills (both written and spoken)
- Experienced with working in an Agile team
