Job Introduction

The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). 

With headquarters in Vienna, the company employs more than 1800 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries. In Cluj, we started in 2009 and our local team has currently 140+ colleagues and is growing. 

The focus of this position is to find, attract and hire the best candidates for various software development, testing and engineering positions

Key Tasks
  • Source and develop a talent pipeline for various software development, testing and engineering positions
  • Create job descriptions and manage the job announcements on all channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Career Portal)
  • Conduct initial interviews with the candidates and schedule technical interviews
  • Ensure that all candidates involved in the recruitment process have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple junior programmes (e.g.: internship, trainee, bachelor’s degree, Erasmus programme)
  • Promote the company at job fairs and IT events
Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office and ability to learn additional software applications (e.g. Applicant Tracking System, MS Visio)
  • High level of resilience and ability to accept the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand
  • Excellent speaking and writing English skills
