Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist

- Create job descriptions and manage the job announcements on all channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Career Portal)
- Source and develop talent pipeline for various development and engineering positions
- Conduct initial interviews with the candidates and schedule technical interviews
- Maintain contact with various stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers, recruitment agencies)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple programmes (e.g. internship, trainee, bachelor’s degree, Erasmus programme)
- Promote the company at job fairs and IT events
- Design internal and external communications and marketing materials, digital banners, posters
- Create and implement the strategy for social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency using MS Office and ability to learn additional software applications (e.g. Applicant Tracking System, MS Visio, graphic design tools)
- High level of resilience and ability to accepting the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand
- Excellent speaking and writing English skills
