Tech Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist (f/m/d)

- You will handle recruiting projects independently and at eye level with our hiring managers (from accounting to software engineering), primarily engineering focus at the moment - from defining the job profile to signing the employment contract
- Talents are identified and actively addressed by you (Active Sourcing)
- You participate in our employer branding measures (trade fair visits, HTL excursions, social media support, campaigns).
- You will bring new recruiting trends into the team and work together with our external partners
- In order to develop ourselves further, we are all working on additional interesting HR projects
- Completed higher economic education, preferably with HR focus and at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting
- Already gained experience in an international, technical environment is advantageous
- Very good German & English language skills and basic knowledge of labor law expected
- High readiness to learn & commitment to new topics around Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Proactive, structured approach and high professionalism
- A service-oriented mindset and an eye for the big picture will help you a lot in your daily work

We also like to chat with each other over a virtual coffee and exchange our recruiting ideas.
