Job Introduction
As recruiting team of an internationally successful group "made in Austria" we share a great passion - to inspire candidates within the context of a professional recruiting process and an appealing Candidate Experience. We, a four-person team of motivated professionals, are looking for support in our already award-winning recruiting work (Careers Best Recruiters winner in the IT industry 2019/20). Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • You will handle recruiting projects independently and at eye level with our hiring managers (from accounting to software engineering), primarily engineering focus at the moment - from defining the job profile to signing the employment contract
  • Talents are identified and actively addressed by you (Active Sourcing)
  • You participate in our employer branding measures (trade fair visits, HTL excursions, social media support, campaigns).
  • You will bring new recruiting trends into the team and work together with our external partners
  • In order to develop ourselves further, we are all working on additional interesting HR projects 
Key Qualifications
  • Completed higher economic education, preferably with HR focus and at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting
  • Already gained experience in an international, technical environment is advantageous
  • Very good German & English language skills and basic knowledge of labor law expected
  • High readiness to learn & commitment to new topics around Recruiting & Employer Branding
  • Proactive, structured approach and high professionalism
  • A service-oriented mindset and an eye for the big picture will help you a lot in your daily work
