Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30,000 workstations already rely on our know-how and many years of experience. 

Our IT organisation is responsible for the operation and further development of all central IT services within the Frequentis Group. The focus lies on the optimal support of business processes with the highest possible efficiency within the entire Frequentis Group. For this purpose we are looking for a maternity leave replacement who will support us with max 30hrs /week.
Key Tasks
  • Software requirements of our internal customers are evaluated and processed by you 
  • Together with our internal customers you will evaluate software requirements and licensing modalities 
  • You coordinate and support software purchases and their maintenance and services 
  • Our internal software asset management system is administered by you 
  • You support the creation of the software budget for investments and maintenance  
  • Internal licence compliance checks are carried out by you
Key Qualifications
  • Ongoing study of economics and/or technology (FH/Uni), ideally at the end of your studies 
  • Profound commercial and technical understanding 
  • Basic knowledge of software licensing and maintenance models 
  • English language skills, negotiating skills, reliable working style, self-organisation and ability to work in a team
