The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). With headquarters in Vienna, the company employs more than 1800 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries. In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team has currently 140+ colleagues and is growing.

In your daily work you refine user stories and plan tasks with your agile team to turn a feature idea into a product feature fit for operational service. This includes architectural decisions, test automation, improvements to the continuous delivery pipeline and our operation, administration, and maintenance, as well as the collaboration with supporting teams, for instance quality and safety management. You strive for improving the team performance, the product, the processes, and yourself.
