Job Introduction
The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team currently has 180+ colleagues and is growing.

As part of our team, you will actively develop products in an international environment, where experienced people will help you further develop your skills and advance in your career.

Key Tasks
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases
  • Write, execute, and maintain automated tests in both frameworks: backend and frontend
  • Identify, document, report defects and collaborate with developers to address the issues to the appropriate development team
  • Apply agreed testing processes
  • Suggest and implement improvements to testing strategies and practices
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in test automation
  • Proficiency in Java for backend test automation
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for frontend testing
  • Experience with build and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Very good English knowledge in writing and speaking
