Junior Treasurer for Invoicing (f/m/d)

Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 400 customers with 30.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Billing, which is controlled by the Treasury department is a first essential step towards securing liquidity. This is one of the core objectives of Frequentis and is therefore an important contribution to corporate success.
Key Tasks
  • Processing and controlling of billing, mainly international
  • Responsibility for monitoring and postponing of billing
  • Creating monthly reports 
  • Entry and maintenance of project orders in SAP SD 
  • Cooperation with internal and external contact persons
  • Member of the project team regarding future SAP-SD implementations in the company group
Key Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education (Bachelor's degree or HAK-Matura) 
  • Ideally 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience 
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge 
  • Very good knowledge of English, any other language would be an advantage 
  • Initial SAP knowledge desirable
