Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. 

To strengthen our marketing team we are looking for a B2B Marketing Automation & Campaign Manager. In this position you will support the implementation of Marketing Automation in the Frequentis Group. In addition, you will design and implement multistage marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our Strategic Business Units, Sales and Product Marketing. You will report directly to the Director of Corporate Communications & Marketing. 
Key Tasks
  • You roll out marketing automation and the necessary tools and processes throughout the Frequentis Group 
  • You will actively conduct change management and train internal stakeholders (especially sales) in using the technology 
  • You coordinate international marketing campaigns with a variety of stakeholders, e.g. the Strategic Business Units, Sales, and our subsidiaries or agencies 
  • You plan and manage multistage marketing campaigns from needs analysis to campaign design and implementation to ongoing monitoring 
  • You measure the efficiency of our marketing campaigns through lead generation and qualification and derive action plans from the results 
  • You are responsible for adherence to budgets and timelines 
  • You integrate additional tools as part of the further development of marketing automation
Key Qualifications
  • You have successfully studied business administration with a specialization in marketing or business informatics or have gained equivalent job experience 
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of campaign management and marketing automation, ideally in an international B2B environment or in an agency with a technical understanding 
  • You have profound experience in using Oracle Eloqua or similar tools from design to execution and reporting of marketing campaigns 
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a dynamic environment 
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation, are proactive and are used to working independently 
  • You are passionate about working in a multinational team environment 
  • You are business fluent in German and English
