Job Introduction

Key Tasks
  • You are in charge of further rolling-out Marketing Automation throughout the Frequentis Group and implementing additional tools and processes as part of the ongoing development of Marketing Automation.
  • Training internal stakeholders (especially the campaign owners and sales representatives) in using marketing automation technologies.
  • The coordination of international marketing campaigns with a variety of stakeholders, (e.g., the Strategic Business Units, Sales, Product Marketing and Management, and our subsidiaries or agencies) is part of your field of responsibility. By planning and managing multistage marketing campaigns from creating personas to campaign design as well as implementation to ongoing monitoring.
  • Measuring the efficiency of our marketing campaigns through lead generation and qualification and deriving action plans based on the results.
  • You make sure your projects are adherend to budgets and milestones.
Key Qualifications
  • Successfully studied business administration with a specialization in marketing or business informatics or gained equivalent job experience.
  • You have solid experience in using Oracle Eloqua e.g., from design to execution and reporting of marketing campaigns.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Presenting to and training others in is a strength of yours.
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of campaign management and marketing automation, ideally in an international B2B environment or in an agency with a technical context.
  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, you are proactive and are used to working independently.
  • You are passionate about working in a multinational team environment and making the world saver with us.

Annual Gross Salary
EUR 41000
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5-hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
