Business Development Manager (all genders)
- Market development and introduction of innovative developments in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) market
- Creating and analysing business cases and carrying out economic planning
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Establishing and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Leading meetings (also virtual) and strategic decisions to strengthen the market position
- Acquiring and applying knowledge in the area of Future Communication Infrastructure (FCI)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business development or sales of complex technical products
- Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM)
- Experience in Future Communications Infrastructure (FCI), Air/Ground Data Link Networks and Data Link Technologies desirable
- Passion for customer interaction and strong negotiation skills
- Extroverted and open personality, with a good dose of perseverance
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of English; other language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
