Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. In close cooperation with the senior management team, you will be responsible for the management of all financial topics of a specific business unit.
We are looking for a dynamic finance leader, who acts as an experienced commercial sparring partner. You analyse business processes, develop strategies, and implement corresponding projects and measures. You will have an overview of all financial topics of the business unit and you proactively manage the main KPIs. In this important function, you make a significant contribution to the business success.
Key Tasks
  • Your responsibilities will include all financial and controlling aspects of the business unit. 
  • You prepare budgets, forecasts and evaluate them. 
  • You steer through the annual planning and have a commercial overview of all projects, investments, and all relevant KPIs along the value chain. 
  • In addition to your strong operational focus, you also contribute strategically and appreciate thinking outside the box. 
  • You will advise the senior management team on all financial topics and initiate measures that are necessary to achieve the business goals.
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration (university/FH), ideally with a focus on finance management 
  • Relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in technology project driven business 
  • Initial management experience desirable, but not a prerequisite 
  • Good business understanding along the value chain coupled with high analytical ability. 
  • Strong communication and implementation skills as well as hands-on mentality, characterized by long-term and solution-oriented behaviour. 
  • High level of IT competence (ideally SAP) 
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 50447
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
