Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. As Corporate Controlling, we take on a central finance governance role in which we are responsible for the further development of the tools and processes, as well as new financial and non-financial reporting requirements in the Group, and for ensuring compliance with them. At the same time, we see ourselves as a business and sparring partner for management regarding financial and non-financial (ESG) matters.
Key Tasks
  • Working with colleagues across the business on non-financial / ESG-related topics with focus on KPIs and connecting non-financial with financial topics
  • Monitoring developments in ESG reporting and maintaining an understanding of the changing regulatory landscape (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, GRI)
  • Developing and implementing ESG external reporting
  • Being part of the cross-functional ESG team with the main responsibility for reporting matters
  • Contributing actively to the implementation of an ESG reporting tool
  • Design, implementation and standardization of group wide ESG reporting processes

Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies within the field of business administration (FH, University) and at least 4 years of professional experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge on financial (e.g. IFRS) and non-financial reporting requirements and standards (e.g. EU Taxonomy, GRI, NFRD/CSRD)
  • Professional experience in the field of financial reporting and minimum two years of experience in non-financial reporting in either a listed company or a consultancy
  • Strong communication, writing, analytical and project management skills 
  • Flexible, solution-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mind set 
  • Distinct international and intercultural mindset and high commitment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English; any other foreign language would be an advantage 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and common controlling tools (e.g. SAP)

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 35310
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5-hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
