Key Tasks
In Corporate Controlling, we serve as a central governance function within the Frequentis Group, driving the development and implementation of financial tools and controlling processes. We ensure compliance with controlling processes across the organization and act as strategic business partners to management on financial matters. 

As part of our newly established Group Management Finance function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and coordinating cross-functional finance initiatives across the Frequentis Group. This evolving function offers a unique opportunity to help build and refine structures and processes for our international subsidiaries.

  • Take ownership of operational controlling for selected subsidiaries, including:
    • Monthly reporting 
    • Budget planning and year-end forecasting
    • P&L management 
    • Cost center and project controlling
    • Audit support
  • Serve as a key contact for Finance Managers in subsidiaries, providing guidance on complex and cross-functional financial topics
  • Collaborate on optimizing finance-related processes
  • Contribute to:
    • Design, standardization, and implementation of group-wide processes 
    • Rollout and enhancement of IT tools
    • Transfer pricing topics
    • Post-merger integration activities
  • Work closely with other Finance functions as well as other departments at HQ and across the Group
  • Be part of a team that drives sustainable change and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
  • Solid commercial education and/or Certified Controller degree 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate controlling, preferably in an international environment with a focus on project business and/or software development 
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP ERP, and SAP BW; experience with SAP HANA is a plus 
  • Knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 is advantageous 
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus 
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset 
  • Hands-on approach and professional expertise make you a valuable team player 
  • International and intercultural awareness, with a high level of commitment

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 42592 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
