Job Introduction

As Corporate Controlling, we serve as a central governance function within the Frequentis Group, driving the development and implementation of financial tools and controlling processes. We ensure compliance with controlling processes across the organization and act as strategic business partners to management on financial matters.
Key Tasks
  • You will take ownership for operative topics & tasks within Corporate Controlling, driving internal management accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy 
  • Lead and contribute to projects such as: 
    • Implementation & optimization of finance tools
    • Mapping finance requirements to system specifications
    • Process automation and AI integration in finance 
  • Support strategic topics like Transfer pricing and post-merger integration 
  • Collaborate closely with other Finance functions and other departments across the Frequentis Group
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field 
  • Several years of experience (ideally 4+) in corporate controlling or business analyst role in which you worked on internal (IT) projects for tool implementations and process improvements 
  • You have worked in an international environment with a focus on project business and/or software development 
  • Proficient in SAP (FI/CO/SD), preferably in a key-user role, experience with S4H is a plus 
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP Analysis for Excel or other BI tools 
  • Knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15, is advantageous 
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 46,200 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
