Job Introduction

As Corporate Controlling, we take on a central finance governance role in which we are responsible for the further development of the tools and controlling processes in the Group and for ensuring compliance with them. At the same time, we see ourselves as a business and sparring partner for the management regarding finance matters.
Key Tasks
  • Support on the controlling side for interesting special projects such as: 
    • Further development of monthly management reporting (incl. consolidation) 
    • Design, implementation and standardization of group-wide processes 
    • Collaboration in the implementation of IT tools such as SAP S/4 HANA
    • Transfer Pricing 
    • Post-merger integration 
  • Planning, budgeting as well as preparation of year-end forecasts
  • Optimization of existing ERP and controlling systems 
  • Collaboration in the optimization of processes in the finance area
  • Close cooperation with Business Controlling and other departments outside of finance at HQ and also with other local companies


Key Qualifications
  • You have a profound commercial education on an academic level (FH, University) and/or have a certified controller degree 
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of corporate controlling - ideally in an international company with a focus on project business and/or software development 
  • Proficient in the use of common controlling tools (Excel, SAP ERP and SAP BW, ideally experience with SAP HANA), knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15) is an advantage 
  • Flexible, solution-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking, strong communication skills and proactivity
  • Your expertise combined with a hands-on mentality make you a valuable team member 
  • Very good  German and English skills (written and spoken); any other foreign language would be an advantage 
  • Distinct international and intercultural mindset and high commitment

Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 35310
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
