Job Introduction

Technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) are becoming more and more important for various applications und business areas also in the safety critical domain.

We have the clear vision to apply AI / Data Science to solve (complex) problems in the safety critical domain and to develop skills, initiatives, and concrete solutions to increase sales for existing products and to pave the way for new FRQ data products.
Key Tasks
  • You act as a subject matter expert in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science 
  • You are closely involved in communicating with teams from different organisations in the whole group supporting the AI competence centre
  • You support our global branches from different areas regarding the optimal development of AI based products and push our data analytics vision 
  • Identification of AI application cases and use cases in the safety critical domain 
  • You will support and work in (research) data science projects
Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, AI, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Team player with (preferably) 3 years of practical experience in the field of AI/Data Science projects.
  • Expertise in cloud solutions and large data processing frameworks (such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Fabrics, DataBricks, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of a programming language like Python, R, and Scala.
  • Committed personality with an interest in continuous learning and enthusiasm for cross-functional project work

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 41.033 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
