Your responsibility is the transformation of our internal communication landscape. In this interface role, you will influence the digital communication of the future:
Key Tasks
  • Management of the redesign of our global intranet by leading the change process and acting as an interface for all internal stakeholders. 
  • Clear mapping of the Frequentis Group and its structure as well as integration of digital instruments and IT-tools (SharePoint Online, Viva Engage) 
  • Consolidation and harmonisation of the overlapping impact areas of information, communication, and collaboration.
  • Development and implementation of a communication concept (structure, schedule, templates, channel landscape, training) 
  • Orchestration of content with all stakeholders (process owners, regions, legal entities, our strategic business units, and employees)
Key Qualifications
  • University degree with focus on communications, digitalisation, and media or similar experience
  • Several years of experience in the field of internal communication in a global company – change und project management experience is an advantage
  • Communicator with strategical experience, comprehensive communication skills, and empathy
  • Ability to talk on eye level with internal stakeholders from IT, HR, process office, group management, and managing directors of our international legal entities
  • Experience with modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams) 
  • Very good German and English skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45,066 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
