Digital communications manager for the intranet transformation – Parttime from 32 h or fulltime (all genders)

- Management of the redesign of our global intranet by leading the change process and acting as an interface for all internal stakeholders.
 - Clear mapping of the Frequentis Group and its structure as well as integration of digital instruments and IT-tools (SharePoint Online, Viva Engage)
 - Consolidation and harmonisation of the overlapping impact areas of information, communication, and collaboration.
 - Development and implementation of a communication concept (structure, schedule, templates, channel landscape, training)
 - Orchestration of content with all stakeholders (process owners, regions, legal entities, our strategic business units, and employees)
 
- University degree with focus on communications, digitalisation, and media or similar experience
 - Several years of experience in the field of internal communication in a global company – change und project management experience is an advantage
 - Communicator with strategical experience, comprehensive communication skills, and empathy
 - Ability to talk on eye level with internal stakeholders from IT, HR, process office, group management, and managing directors of our international legal entities
 - Experience with modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams)
 - Very good German and English skills
