- You will be responsible for the group-wide ATM portfolio management and you will continuously contribute your technology expertise to the Frequentis Group’s strategies and business models.
- You will be a promoter of a culture that supports innovation, collaboration, knowledge transfer, and continuous learning across the organization.
- You will be responsible for integrating new technologies into our existing products and solutions, while optimizing the use of our resources.
- You will be responsible for the overall R&D financial planning and performance for the ATM portfolio of products and solutions, within the provided financial frame conditions of the OneATM Executive Board.
- You will be the main driver to improve the software business model including licensing and software maintenance revenue.
- You will establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and academia to enhance our innovation capabilities and market position.
- You will be responsible for defining objectives, measuring performance, and ensuring goal achievement for your team and the ATM business unit.
- You will act as a representative of Frequentis to key opinion leaders, academic circles, and industry groups, and build strong relationships with them.
- You have an academic degree and a background in the IT and software industry.
- You have at least 5 years of management experience and more than 7 years of experience in business, product management or development and/or sales in a safety- or mission-critical sector.
- You have professional experience in working with public authorities or related organizations in the field of aviation or other safety-critical environments.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing growth strategies for existing and new business areas.
- You have expertise in developing and implementing innovative go-to-market and business models that create value for customers and stakeholders.
- You have strong communication skills with different stakeholders, as well as critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- And you are very good at making decisions based on data and insights.
