Domain Sales Manager - ATM Tower (all genders)
- You are responsible for ATC Tower products and solutions across the entire sales value chain, including accurate forecasting, opportunity planning, and management.
- You are the primary link to our regional sales managers and customers, facilitating lead creation and opportunity shaping.
- You develop strategies for pursuing new sales opportunities in collaboration with the regional sales team.
- With your specialized product and ATM domain expertise, you ensure that cost-efficient and technically feasible solutions are offered to our customers.
- You are responsible for preparing and responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with regional sales, pre-sales, solution architects, bid management, and the product team.
- As the Capture Lead for complex opportunities, you have the ability to manage the internal offer team, including stakeholders from technical, operational, commercial, and legal departments.
- In co-operation with Marketing and Product Management, you are responsible for market communication, including customer presentations and demonstrations, and participating in international conferences and trade shows.
- Consultative selling combined with strong customer interaction
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, design, or management of complex technical products and solutions
- Detailed experience in requirements engineering and calculation of complex solutions, as well as in creating solution descriptions
- Work experience in the fields of aviation or air traffic management
- Experience in handling and managing virtual teams and/or in project management
- Structured work approach, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel up to 30%
