- Development and implementation of the regional OneATM sales strategy in cooperation with regional sales management
- Development of sales funnels in close cooperation with Regional Sales and the ATM Market Units
- Positioning of the entire OneATM portfolio in the regions
- Supporting customer interaction through consultative solution selling. This includes positioning and value propositioning e.g. by creating and using case studies and success stories
- Strengthening both the regional sales team and the local sales partners through the transfer of technical expertise in order to strengthen competitiveness
- Establishing, monitoring and managing the organisation of opportunity pursuit in close coordination with Regional Sales
- Closing deals as Pursuit Responsible with the support of Bid Managers, Product Managers and Technicians
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or project management of complex technical products
- Professional experience in the aerospace, defence or public infrastructure sectors an advantage
- Experience in working with virtual teams and/or in project management desired
- You are characterised by your structured approach, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Consultative selling combined with strong customer interaction is your passion
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written Intercultural competence and up to 20% willingness to travel
