Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. We develop and support customised solutions in the field of public transport. We are looking for a committed team member for our technical sales department! You can expect challenges, varied tasks, innovative team members, lots of customer contact and a high degree of independence.
Key Tasks
  • Creating strategies for pursuing sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales Management and the Opportunity Team
  • Support customer interactions through consultative solution selling. This includes positioning and value propositioning, such as creating and using case studies and success stories
  • Coordination and preparation of offers in close cooperation with the Offer Team 
  • Tracking sales funnels in close cooperation with Regional Sales
  • Together with the sales manager, you will further develop our existing customers and support our customers in the digitalisation of their processes
  • Maintaining an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders 
  • Strengthen both the Regional Sales team and local Sales Partners through knowledge transfer to enhance competitiveness
  • Enhance the product portfolio by transferring market feedback to internal solution and product management

Key Qualifications
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical sales environment 
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications, mobile communications, railway or IT service providers is advantageous 
  • You are a competent contact person for our customers and sales employees 
  • You enjoy both customer contact and the preparation of offers 
  • Technical training is desirable and you should be familiar with state-of-the-art IT technologies 
  • Experience with security, MCX technologies and mobile communication (5G networks) is an advantage 
  • Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage 
  • You are interested in different cultures and willing to travel up to 20% of the time

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 48.500 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
