Domain Sales Manager (all genders)
- Develop and create strategies for pursuing sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales Management and the Opportunity Team.
- Create sales funnels in close cooperation with Regional Sales.
- Support customer interactions through consultative solution selling. This includes positioning and value propositioning, such as creating and using case studies and success stories.
- Capturing and closing deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support by bid managers, Product Managers and Engineering.
- Maintaining an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
- Strengthen both the Regional Sales team and local Sales Partners through knowledge transfer to enhance competitiveness.
- Enhance the product portfolio by transferring market feedback to internal solution and product management.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Telecommunication, IT, Engineering, Business Management or Marketing & Sales
- Interest in different cultures and willingness to travel up to 30%
- A hands-on mentality and team player characterize you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Passioned about orchestrating complex operational, technical and commercial challenges to successfully close deals.
- Consultative selling combined with strong customer interaction, defines your passion
- Professional operational experience in a defence environment is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years experience of complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense or public infrastructure
