International Business Development Manager Defence (all genders)
- Be responsible for market communication, including customer presentations and demonstrations, handling technical and commercial correspondence, as well as by participating at international defence trade fairs.
- Understand business and technical needs of a customer, and map Frequentis technologies to those business needs required.
- Manage and close sales opportunities with Frequentis regional sales through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning and opportunity management.
- Prepare and present answers to RFI, RFQ, RFP and PoC with collaboration of internal stakeholders such as regional sales, pre-sales, solution architect, bid management and product team.
- Develop and create strategies for developing and pursuing new sales opportunities in collaboration with the regional sales team.
- Act as the Capture Lead for complex or high value business opportunities. Have an ability to manage, influence and motivate internal stakeholders from Technical, Operational, Commercial and Legal disciplines as well as an ability to structure the capture from end to end.
- Reach and exceed annual sales targets.
- Strong understanding of C2 systems and technologies.
- A degree in industrial engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable degree is advantageous.
- You should have an international commercial experience in the Defence & Security industry or a military background (e.g. officer career) in the field of command and control (preferable Air Defence)
- You should be willing to travel (30-50%).
- Fluent English and basic German skills are desirable.
