Domain Sales Manager (all genders)
- Develop and create strategies for pursuing sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales Management and the Opportunity Team.
- Create sales funnels in close cooperation with Regional Sales.
- Support customer interactions through consultative solution selling. This includes positioning and value propositioning, such as creating and using case studies and success stories.
- Establish, monitor, and lead the organization of opportunity pursuit until successful closure.
- Generate significant inputs for the regional Sales Strategy, such as market and customer segmentation.
- Strengthen both the Regional Sales team and local Sales Partners through knowledge transfer to enhance competitiveness.
- Enhance the product portfolio by transferring market feedback to internal solution and product management.
- Minimum of 4 years international sales experience, ideally in the the field of surveillance within air traffic control and air defense.
- Professional operational experience in a civil or defence environment is advantageous
- Strongly experienced in consultative sales combined with operational, technical and commercial aspects in a competitive market, defines your passion
- Excellent presentation and selling expertise for complex technical and economic content.
- Good English skills and a hands-on mentality characterise you
- Interest in different cultures and willingness to travel up to 30%
