Domain Sales Manager (all genders)
- Representation of Frequentis to governmental, semi-governmental, and other international customers in the drones/UTM sector
- Analysis of customer and market needs and alignment with the UTM solution portfolio
- Identification and qualification of new business opportunities together with regional sales teams and implementation of business development initiatives
- Preparation and management of proposals through to successful completion in collaboration with sales and technical teams
- Management of tender projects and coordination of regional sales activities to acquire new customers and expand existing business
- Participation in trade fairs and conferences as well as delivering presentations to customers and at events
- At least 5 years of proven success in solution-oriented sales, preferably in software sales; knowledge of the UTM domain is a plus.
- Successfully completed degree (university or college) in business or technical fields.
- Customer-focused, strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding presentation abilities and enthusiasm for working in an environment where new ideas and innovation are highly valued.
- Fluent in English, good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
- Experience with public tenders is an advantage.
