Global Mobility Tax & Compliance Manager (all genders)
- Tax assessment and operational execution of temporary and long-term inbound and outbound assignments for Frequentis Wien AG, with advisory support for other group entities
- Resolution of complex tax and social security matters, including the review and preparation of assignment contracts
- Support for assignees with tax filings in Austria and abroad, and coordination with external tax advisors and authorities
- Ensuring tax and social security compliance in international assignments in close collaboration with the Immigration Expert and Corporate Tax
- Advising HR and managers on the tax implications of global mobility and contributing to process optimization and policy development
- Monitoring legal changes and developing automated assessment tools to ensure efficient case handling
- Collaboration on exciting global HR projects
- University degree in tax law, business law, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international taxation or global mobility
- Solid knowledge of cross-border tax and social security regulations, with experience in drafting and reviewing assignment contracts
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility, discretion, and strong communication skills
- Strong advisory skills; ideally experience in a similar role in an international company or tax advisory firm, and confident use of digital tools and HR systems (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
