Group Strategy Manager (all genders)
- Support the further development of the Frequentis Group strategy
- Develop business unit and regional strategies in close collaboration with the respective departments
- Conduct structured qualitative and quantitative analyses on market, competition, portfolio and technology topics
- Prepare strategy documents and management presentations relevant for decision making
- Lead and facilitate strategy projects, workshops and topic specific discussions with top management
- Assess strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and innovation areas, including the preparation of business cases
- Work closely with business units and central functions as a trusted advisor
- Support, manage and monitor strategic initiatives with regard to progress, risks, impact and target achievement
- Further develop group wide strategy methods, tools and processes
- Completed university degree (Master’s), e.g. business administration with a technical focus or an engineering background with a strategic focus; an MBA or comparable additional qualification is an advantage
- Several years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally complemented by industry or corporate experience (7+ years in total)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured way of working
- Ability to quickly grasp complex strategic and technical topics and communicate them clearly
- Interest in safety critical markets, technologies and their regulatory environments
- High level of personal responsibility, strong execution skills and a willingness to learn
- Business fluent English; German skills are an advantage
