Key Tasks
  • You will independently take on active sourcing projects to identify and approach talents for us.
  • You will support the recruiting process and conduct telephone pre-interviews as the first contact with our candidates.
  • You will help organize excursions for HTL classes and participate in career events and job fairs.
  • You can help shape the activation of our new employer branding concept in practice.
Key Qualifications
  • Currently studying with a focus on HR, initial experience in recruiting/sourcing is highly welcome
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and HR tools or interest in learning them is an advantage
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills
  • Ability to adequately approach different personalities
  • Very good German and English skills

Salary
The payment for this position consists of the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 29,025 gross per year (based on a 38.5-hour week) PLUS a market overpayment depending on your professional qualifications and experience. The position is limited to 6 months.
