- After training on the job, you will be THE first point of contact for your areas and will stay on top of issues until a solution is found.
- You provide managers with advice on a wide range of HR topics (e.g., salary, team development, reorganizations) – this requires competence in different areas and the desire to continuously acquire new knowledge.
- You prioritize a multitude of requests and projects, always ensuring professional and appreciative communication, even when things get stressful.
- You actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and shape HR projects such as employee surveys or job grading.
- You are there for the employees in your areas and also facilitate workshops and team-building activities (with support).
- University/FH degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the HR field
- Know-how in at least 2 of the following areas: Recruiting, Labor Law, Comp & Ben, Personnel Development, Coaching, Employee Satisfaction (you can learn all other topics with us)
- A good mix of empathy and assertiveness and between communication talent and analytical skills
- You are a team player, and your colleagues can rely on you 100%
