Our team currently consists of 6 highly motivated HR Business Partners who love to get things done and enjoy laughing together - now we want to give an HR talent the chance to take the next career step. Our task is to support managers at all levels - whether it’s salary and budget topics or talent management. It is important to us to ensure that the balance is right, namely between successful business figures AND an environment in which people feel comfortable and can develop their potential. Each of us is the HR Manager of our own area, while we are well connected with each other and with the specialists from other HR teams (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Group HR Consultancy & Employee Mobility).
Key Tasks
  • After training on the job, you will be THE first point of contact for your areas and will stay on top of issues until a solution is found. 
  • You provide managers with advice on a wide range of HR topics (e.g., salary, team development, reorganizations) – this requires competence in different areas and the desire to continuously acquire new knowledge.
  • You prioritize a multitude of requests and projects, always ensuring professional and appreciative communication, even when things get stressful.
  • You actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and shape HR projects such as employee surveys or job grading. 
  • You are there for the employees in your areas and also facilitate workshops and team-building activities (with support).
Key Qualifications
  • University/FH degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the HR field
  • Know-how in at least 2 of the following areas: Recruiting, Labor Law, Comp & Ben, Personnel Development, Coaching, Employee Satisfaction (you can learn all other topics with us)
  • A good mix of empathy and assertiveness and between communication talent and analytical skills
  • You are a team player, and your colleagues can rely on you 100%

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45,069 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
