Key Tasks
  • Strategic HR partner for a varied set of departments (approx. 20 managers / 150 employees locally in Viennam as well as cooperation with several subsidiaries worldwide)
  • Professional consulting for executives at all levels (e.g. salary review, organisational development, employee life-cycle)
  • Methodically sound design and confident moderation of workshops and team building measures in German and English
  • Close collaboration and networking within our HR team to identify and address company-wide trends and needs
  • Leading (international) HR projects and actively contributing to the ongoing optimization of our HR processes and tool
Key Qualifications
  • 5 years of HR experience in an international and/or technical company (very good German and English language skills absolutely necessary)
  • Solid education and experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Change Management, Business/Data Analysis, Organizational Development, Labor Law, Recruiting, Training & Development, Consulting
  • High level of consulting skills and confidence in workshop design and facilitation
  • A good mix of people skills vs. analytical skills and empathy vs. assertiveness
  • Teamplayer with a high willingness to learn, extraordinary commitment and a solution-oriented approach
  • We imagine this as as a full-time position, but part-time (30+ hours) might be possible depending on the candidate

Salary
Annual Gross Salary from
EUR 44295
This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
