Key Tasks
  • You will be responsible for all personnel administration and act as a key point of contact and advisor for our employees at the headquarters on all HR-related matters
  • Thanks to your accurate and diligent working style, you will ensure that master data in SAP is thoroughly maintained and always up to date (including onboarding and offboarding processes, official notifications, departmental changes, etc.)
  • You will compile essential HR key figures and regularly report them to HR Management and, depending on the topic, also to the Executive Board
  • You will independently prepare all important HR documents and agreements for our employees (e.g. employment references, confirmations, etc.)
  • You will contribute with full commitment to the monthly payroll process and are motivated and determined to take over this responsibility independently in the future
  • As a trusted specialist, you will provide support and advice to your internal clients on all matters relating to payroll and labor law
Key Qualifications
  • You have completed a payroll accounting qualification and bring at least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, either in a larger company or a tax consulting firm
  • You are confident in your daily use of MS Office and have ideally already gained experience with SAP HCM
  • Solid knowledge of payroll accounting and labor law is an advantage - everything else you will learn on the job
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and present yourself in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Working on a wide range of organizational tasks appeals to you and doesn't throw you off balance
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 45.208 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
