- Maintains, orchestrates and coordinates the group-wide sales partner ecosystem (agents, consultants, resellers), oversees all sales partner contracts, compliance, opportunities and activities with them, as well as defines a go to market setting with Strategic Business Unit (SBU)/Regional Sales Unit (RSU)
- Coordination with the Regional Sales Units (RSU). This includes developing a business plan for partners, improving the partner ecosystem (PES) and meeting with partners in the regions
- Leading, developing and improving a partner-specific enablement programme and strategic marketing activities (e.g. Partner Experience Days, Partner Portal) together with key stakeholders
- Your tasks include creating reports, analyses and maintaining the CRM (data, tools, analyses)
- The budget responsibility for the Channel Management area lies with you
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Partner Management, Channel Management, or project-related roles, preferably in the B2G (Business-to-Government) sector
- Completed higher education, preferably in Business, Law, or Engineering (HTL, university, university of applied sciences)
- Excellent English skills are a must, and knowledge of German is advantageous
- You are capable of organizing and developing yourself and your area of responsibility independently. Additionally, you enjoy taking creative approaches and working solution-oriented.
- High social competence and intercultural understanding characterize you
- 10% willingness to travel
