In your role as Head of Delivery – Maritime you are accountable globally for the technical and commercial success in the customer projects from initial project scope definition, project planning, project execution up to final approval of the delivery team.
Key Tasks
  • Lead, inspire and develop our highly skilled team of Project Managers & System Engineers based at multiple locations
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs and performance, along with proactive opportunity/risk management, particularly the early coordination and initiation of actions to ensure consistent management of contracts and claims
  • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all Maritime projects globally in compliance with agreed cost, schedule and quality targets
  • Represent Frequentis to customers and business partners in order to ensure that a professional and constructive customer relationship is guaranteed
  • Managing subcontractors, train and support partners and drive all Project Management related issues within the organization, including hand-over processes
  • Responsible for experience sharing and continuous improvement practices, while serving as the key interface with other Frequentis Group departments
  • Planning, implementing and following up all measures to achieve the defined goals
Key Qualifications
  • BA, MSc or equivalent working experience and 10 years of experience with IT Operations, IT project management or IT service delivery in a company delivering voice communication products
  • Very good ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, offering, bid management, product management, product development and customer service departments
  • Team player and solution oriented thinker with proven skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills combined with an intercultural mindset
  • A strong sense of responsibility and identification with one's own performance and its contribution to the success of the business unit
  • Experience in Maritime industry is beneficial

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 61,000.00 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
