Head of Infrastructure Competence Centre (ICC) (all genders)
- Leadership and team management of a diverse, multi-disciplinary, distributed team of Engineers in IT infrastructure, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management and coordination with business, delivery and service organisations to provide a standardized catalogue of IT hardware and software components
- Act as the primary liaison between the Infrastructure Competence Centre and other business units, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives - gather requirements, understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions
- Define secure and resilient IT infrastructure architecture blueprints for on-premise and cloud solutions, consisting of Network-, Server- and Client-Hardware, Operating systems, Middleware, Deployment & Monitoring components, enabling efficient, scalable and secure roll-out of Frequentis solutions
- Conduct regular security assessments and collaborate with cybersecurity experts to mitigate risks
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance performance and effectiveness across the organisation
- Oversee the development lifecycle, platform engineering and project management of selected infrastructure components for Frequentis solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects
- Know-how transfer and support of product and solution teams in the business organisations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 10 years proven experience in IT (development, architecture, project management)
- 5 years in leading position, preferable in IT
- Strong knowledge in IT-, Cloud-technologies and cyber security, certificates preferred
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to solve complex problems, structured and analytical thinking, combined with leadership excellence, communication and interpersonal skills
