Key Tasks
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Quality Management to lead and oversee our Quality Management System (QMS). This role is crucial in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, including maintaining our ISO 9001 certification across all locations attached to the Frequentis AG Quality Management System.
  • Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for Frequentis AG, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the quality management team (10 people), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and procedures across all certified locations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior quality management role, preferably within a multinational technology company.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems, preferably with the qualification as ISO9001 auditor
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in different cultures with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 54,533 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
