As IT Security Manager (all genders) in the Public Safety business unit, you will be part of an international team of top experts and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the security standards of our public safety products and solutions. You will promote the use of synergies between different projects through the use of new security technologies and practices in public safety solutions. You will support the development of knowledge and the networking of our international product and project teams on the topic of security.

Key Tasks
  • You will help shape the strategic direction of Frequentis AG's Public Safety business unit with regard to security. You will act as a central interface between central governance functions, sales and delivery departments, as well as the product and project development units.
  • You will develop and document solutions for our customers in the field of public safety and operators of critical infrastructure with a focus on IT infrastructure and security. You will continuously evaluate and improve these solutions based on customer, legal and internal security requirements.  
  • You will support and advise project managers on security topics related to our solutions and throughout the entire life cycle. This includes requirements management, threat analysis, risk management and vulnerability management in collaboration with product management, customer projects and central departments. 
  • You will support the project team in the implementation and evaluation of penetration tests and security audits of our solutions and be involved in discussions with security experts internally and on the customer side.   



Key Qualifications
  • Completed studies (FH, Uni) or education in the field of computer science/IT security.
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Good knowledge of methods and measures used in the area of cyber security. 
  • Proof of security qualification (e.g. CISSP, CSSLP, or similar).
  • Sound knowledge of security standards (ISO2700x, IEC62443, BSI Grundschutz or similar) and evaluation of their requirements. 
  • High social competence and experience in knowledge transfer.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Willingness to travel 20% internationally.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 41.034 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
