Immigration Specialist (all genders)
- Legally compliant handling of immigration and employment processes for employees from the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and third countries – including residence permits, ZKO notifications, AMS filings, and registration obligations
- Deadline management and communication with authorities (e.g. MA35, AMS, Ministry of Finance), as well as monitoring legal changes and deriving strategic actions
- Advising managers and local/international HR colleagues on legal requirements, risks, and recommended actions related to immigration to Austria
- Development and ongoing improvement of standards, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency, transparency, and audit compliance
- Close collaboration with the Global Mobility Tax & Compliance Officer and coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Relocation Services)
- Supporting the Global Mobility Manager in projects, policy development, and group-wide HR initiatives to further advance the Global Mobility strategy
- University degree in law, business law, HR, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in immigration, residency law, or HR compliance
- Solid knowledge of Austrian residency and labor law; ideally also tax law
- Strong advisory skills and experience working with authorities and international stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills as well as structured and self-organized working style
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
