Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 35,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

We are currently looking for support in Integration Engineering for our Frequentis Technology Management (FTM) division, which is responsible for the provision of embedded hardware and software for the entire company.
Key Tasks
  • Implementation and documentation of system integration (HW & SW) 
  • Maintenance of lab systems (infrastructure, continuous integration system, test setups) 
  • Maintenance and creation of automated tests on system level 
  • Acceptance and release of hardware and software 
  • Support in quality assurance tasks Collaboration with development teams in the context of failure analysis as well as integration 
  • Supporting product and project teams in the use of the released system base
Key Qualifications
  • Completed HTL or technical studies with IT/computer science/electronics reference 
  • Good Linux knowledge (command line, shell scripts) 
  • Good network and VOIP knowledge (SIP, RTP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, Wireshark, etc.) 
  • Experience with build and integration tools desirable (Jenkins, Docker, Vmware)
  • Experience with bug tracking and requirement databases is an advantage (JIRA, JAMA) 
  • Good command of English, German is an asset
  • Open-minded personality, eager to learn and with joy of completing projects as part of a team
