The Frequentis Group Management provides the foundation for the management, further development, and growth of the Frequentis Group. The core tasks of this area include supporting the board and global business units in implementing the corporate strategy. This involves corporate law matters, integration of new companies, organizational design and development, and serving as a central point of contact for our Managing Directors.

Due to the very close collaboration with many other areas, especially with Group Finance, Group HR, and Group Strategy, there are always opportunities to take on tasks across the organization and thus gain diverse experiences within the Frequentis Group.

Key Tasks
As an International Management Assistant, you support the experienced managers from Group Management as well as senior managers from the group in their diverse tasks.

  • You are (co-)responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and execution (including documentation) of meetings, workshops, and events.
  • You are a central communication hub for the department and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes in Group Management (e.g., appointment coordination, travel management for Group Managers).
  • You skilfully visualize complex topics, create and maintain documents and spreadsheets using the full range of MS Office, including AI.
  • You support international (communication) projects and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.
  • You are willing to support companies and projects on-site as well.
Key Qualifications
  • You have a master’s degree or a comparable education.
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in an international top management or board environment.
  • Your work style is characterized by high self-motivation, and you have the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • With your service orientation, you feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and topics in parallel.
  • You have a quick grasp and can analyse and visualize processes and their impacts.
  • Skills in project management and presentation techniques are advantageous.
  • You have an interest in different cultures.
  • Your German and English skills are fluent.
  • You are an expert in MS Office – we expect proficiency in TEAMS, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel, and we welcome experience and interest in new technologies and tools like Copilot.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 42,592 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
