International Management Assistant (all genders)
- You are (co-)responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and execution (including documentation) of meetings, workshops, and events.
- You are a central communication hub for the department and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes in Group Management (e.g., appointment coordination, travel management for Group Managers).
- You skilfully visualize complex topics, create and maintain documents and spreadsheets using the full range of MS Office, including AI.
- You support international (communication) projects and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.
- You are willing to support companies and projects on-site as well.
- You have a master’s degree or a comparable education.
- You have 2-3 years of professional experience in an international top management or board environment.
- Your work style is characterized by high self-motivation, and you have the ability to work proactively and independently.
- With your service orientation, you feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and topics in parallel.
- You have a quick grasp and can analyse and visualize processes and their impacts.
- Skills in project management and presentation techniques are advantageous.
- You have an interest in different cultures.
- Your German and English skills are fluent.
- You are an expert in MS Office – we expect proficiency in TEAMS, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel, and we welcome experience and interest in new technologies and tools like Copilot.
