Our department Control Room Consulting supports our customers in reducing the operating costs of their control centres by increasing their productivity - we use adapted lean management methods for this purpose. With this unique set of methods, standards and tools, we also build the interface between human and machine. After a comprehensive training period, you, as a Junior Business Consultant, will carry out consulting projects for Safety Critical Control Rooms together with your experienced tutor. You will record and analyze the processes of existing control rooms and check them for potential improvements. Together with our senior experts, you will develop suitable solutions and support your team during presentations.
